1. Agency Identity & Professional Status
VIP Insurance Group is a licensed insurance agency. Resident Office: Bluefield, VA. Agency License: US127889149. We are not an insurance carrier. Our agents are licensed insurance professionals; we do not provide legal, tax, or investment advice. Any insurance policy premiums or coverage amounts discussed are determined solely by the underwriting carrier.
2. One-to-One Consent & AI Interaction (FCC 23-107)
In compliance with the 2026 FCC "One-to-One" Rule, by submitting a form, you authorize strictly one identified seller—Virginia Insurance Partners DBA VIP Insurance Group—to contact you. You explicitly consent to interact with our AI assistant (Ronny) for the purpose of gathering information to provide an accurate insurance quote.
3. Product-Specific Safe Harbour Dislcosures

Life Insurance: Quotes are solicitations, not offers of coverage. All policies are subject to underwriting. These are not "investment plans" and are strictly for death benefit protection.

Final Expense (Whole Life): These policies are designed for end-of-life costs. They are NOT pre-need funeral contracts and do not guarantee the future cost of funeral goods or services.

Accident & Critical Illness: These are LIMITED BENEFIT POLICIES and are not ACA-compliant health insurance.

Annuities: Annuities are long-term insurance contracts. They are not bank deposits and are not FDIC insured. Withdrawals may be subject to surrender charges and tax penalties.o respond to inquiries or requests you submit

4. Data Retention & 10-Day Revocation Rule
To comply with federal CMS guidelines (42 CFR 422.504) and the TCPA, we maintain secure records of consent, call recordings, and SMS logs for ten (10) years.

Opt-Out: Any request to stop communications (e.g., replying "STOP") will be processed within ten (10) business days. Your information will be moved to our permanent internal "Do Not Call" suppression list and archived for 10 years to ensure compliance.
